Absolutely. Parents and carers are welcome to stay, especially in the early stages, to help students feel comfortable and supported. As students become more confident, some families choose to step out—but this is entirely up to you and your child’s needs.

Yes, we offer introductory lessons so you can experience our teaching approach before committing. This also gives us an opportunity to understand the student’s needs and ensure the lesson style is the right fit.

Our teachers tailor each lesson to the individual student. We adjust the pace, structure, and teaching style to suit different learning needs, ensuring each student feels supported, engaged, and successful in their musical journey.

Yes, support workers are welcome to attend lessons and assist where needed. We’re happy to work collaboratively to create a positive and supportive experience for the student.

Music lessons may be funded under certain NDIS categories such as Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living, or sometimes Core Supports depending on your plan. We recommend checking with your plan manager or support coordinator to confirm eligibility.

Yes, we welcome both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Invoices can be provided to support your claims or submissions.

Lessons are held at our studio at M-City in Clayton, Melbourne. Our space is welcoming, modern, and designed to be comfortable for both children and adults.
